South Carolina High School Softball - Catawba Ridge bounces Rock Hill
April 4, 2022: Rock Hill, SC 29730 The Catawba Ridge Copperheads routed the host Rock Hill Bearcats softball squad by a final score of 14-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Copperheads (15-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lancaster (Lancaster, SC). The Bruins go into the AAAA Region 3 battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Lancaster topped South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC), 15-0, in a league battle.
The Bearcats now possess a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Blythewood for a AAAAA Region 4 battle on Thursday, April 7. Rock Hill will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 11-4.
