April 4, 2022: Ohatchee, AL 36271 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Ohatchee Indians (Ohatchee, AL) and the visiting Saks Wildcats (Anniston, AL), saw Ohatchee's softball squad achieve victory over Saks by a count of 10-2.
The Indians now sport a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to White Plains for a non-league match on Monday, April 4. Ohatchee will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Piedmont (Piedmont, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 21-4.
The Wildcats (2-14) will now prepare for their test against Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Panthers come into the 3A Area 9 test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Wellborn was routed by Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL), 8-5, in a non-league test.
