April 4, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63130 Hazelwood East Spartans (St. Louis, MO) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host University City Lions (St. Louis, MO), 5-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Affton Cougars (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 11. Hazelwood East will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record.
The Lions now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hazelwood West for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. University City will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.
