Alabama High School Softball - American Christian Academy bounces Leeds
April 4, 2023: Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 The American Christian Academy Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL) softball routed the visiting Leeds Greenwave (Leeds, AL), 14-6 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Patriots (17-3) will now prepare for their bout against Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 4A Area 6 challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Montevallo was routed by West Blocton (West Blocton, AL), 15-0, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Leeds falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Greenwave host Moody (Moody, AL) to face the Blue Devils in a 6A Area 9 challenge on Wednesday, April 5. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 16-9. Moody won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against St. Clair County (Odenville, AL)
