April 4, 2024: Mansfield, AR 72944 The Mansfield Tigers crushed the visiting Hector Wildcats baseball team by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Western Yell County for a 2A Region 4 bout on Monday, April 8. Mansfield will face a Wolverines team coming off a 16-1 league loss to Mountainburg (Mountainburg, AR). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-5.
Next, the Wildcats face the Paris Eagles (Paris, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 5. Hector will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 10-7 record after their 11-3 league loss to Hackett (Hackett, AR).
