California High School Soccer - Encina Prep knocks off Futures
April 4, 2024: Sacramento, CA 95825 Encina Prep Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA), 4-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Delta Saints (Clarksburg, CA) in a CVCL challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. Encina Prep will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 6-0 league win over Victory Christian (Carmichael, CA).
The Knights now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning for a CVCL challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Futures will confront a Fire Wolves team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA). The Fire Wolves record now stands at 0-7.
