Iowa High School Soccer - Sheldon nudges West Sioux
April 4, 2024: Sheldon, IA 51201 Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting West Sioux Falcons (Hawarden, IA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Orabs confront the Spirit Lake Indians (Spirit Lake, IA) in a NWI Soccer League challenge, on Friday, April 5. Sheldon will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Le Mars (Le Mars, IA).
The Falcons now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley for a NWI Soccer League challenge on Friday, April 5. West Sioux will confront a NIGHTHAWKS team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The NIGHTHAWKS record now stands at 1-1.
