Washington High School Soccer - Puyallup nudges Curtis
April 4, 2024: Puyallup, WA 98371 Puyallup Vikings (Puyallup, WA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Vikings confront the South Kitsap Wolves (Port Orchard, WA) in a 4A South Puget Sound challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. Puyallup will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 4-0 league loss to Sumner (Sumner, WA).
The Vikings now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellarmine Prep for a 4A South Puget Sound challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Curtis will confront a Lions team coming off a 6-0 league win over Rogers (Puyallup, WA). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.
