In Thursday's league contest, the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) softball team the visiting Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV), by a margin of 9-6.

With the triumph, Elko moves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to play the Greenwave in a 3A North - East contest on Friday, April 12.
