Illinois High School Softball - Maine West bounces New Trier
April 4, 2024: Winnetka, IL 60093 The Maine West Warriors routed the host New Trier Trevians softball squad by a count of 18-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Prospect was routed by Lake Park (Roselle, IL), 10-4, in a non-league battle.
The Trevians now sport a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Rolling Meadows for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6. New Trier will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-1.
