Illinois High School Softball - Maine West bounces DePaul College Prep
May 3, 2024: Des Plaines, IL 60018 The Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL) softball routed the visiting DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL), 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Warriors (14-3) will now prepare for their bout against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings go into the Central Suburban - North bout with a 7-11 record. In their last bout, Niles North was routed by Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
The Rams now possess a 7-16 record. They play next when they host Carmel for a non-league bout on Monday, May 6. DePaul College Prep will confront a Corsairs squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 9-14.
