The Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) baseball got by the visiting Cathedral Phantoms (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2 in Friday's league challenge.

The Knights now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Monica for a Camino Real challenge on Tuesday, April 8.

With the defeat, Cathedral drops to 9-4 on the year. The Phantoms travel to St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA) to clash with the Saints in a Camino Real challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Saints go into the challenge with a record of 11-8. St. Anthony won 13-4 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA)
