The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) and the visiting Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA), saw Bolsa Grande's baseball team get by Saddleback by a tally of 8-7.

The Matadors (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Magnolia (Anaheim, CA). The Sentinels enter the Orange battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Magnolia was tipped by Santiago (Garden Grove, CA), 13-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Roadrunners face the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Saddleback will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a 7-9 record after their 4-1 league win over Westminster (Westminster, CA).
