April 4, 2025: McDonough, GA 30253 The Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA) baseball trounced the host Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA), 14-2 in Friday's league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 14-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Coweta for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Locust Grove will clash with a Indians team coming off a 3-2 league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, GA). The Indians record now stands at 19-2.
With the defeat, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy drops to 8-12 on the year. The Chargers travel to Jones County (Gray, GA) to clash with the Greyhounds in a AAAA Region 2 challenge on Monday, April 14. The Greyhounds go into the challenge with a record of 18-5.
