Next up, the Mustangs encounter the Birdville Hawks (North Richland Hills, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 outing, on Wednesday, April 9. Grapevine will attempt to advance on its 19-2 season record. The Hawks enter the outing with a 9-14 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Aledo (Aledo, TX).
The Raiders (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX). The Panthers enter the 5A Region I District 7 outing with a 10-9 record. In their last outing, Colleyville Heritage edged Denton (Denton, TX), 6-1, in a league outing.
