April 4, 2025: Chicago, IL 60614 The Lincoln Park Lions soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Phoenix Military Firebirds to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Maine West for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 5. Lincoln Park will play a Warriors squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Phoenix Military moves to 3-2 on the year. The Firebirds host Chicago Academy (Chicago, IL) to play the Cougars in a bout on Monday, April 14. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
