The Alto Yellowjackets triumphed over the visiting Mt. Enterprise Wildcats softball squad by a count of 15-4 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Yellowjackets play the Wells Pirates (Wells, TX) in a 2A Region III District 22 challenge, on Tuesday, April 8. Alto will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 18-6 league win over Apple Springs (Apple Springs, TX).

The Wildcats (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cushing (Cushing, TX). The Bearkats enter the 2A Region III District 22 challenge with a 12-9 record.
