April 4, 2025: Newark, NJ 07104 The Barringer Blue Bears softball team scored 22 runs and held the visiting Arts Jaguars to 5 in the Blue Bears league win on Friday.
The Blue Bears now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Vincent Academy for a SEC - Independence battle on Monday, April 7. Barringer will encounter a team coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Newark Central (Newark, NJ). The record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Arts moves to 1-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to West Caldwell Tech (West Caldwell, NJ) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, April 7.
