April 4, 2025: Newark, DE 19702 The Mount Pleasant Green Knights overwhelmed the host Glasgow Dragons softball squad by a count of 21-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Green Knights meet the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight A challenge, on Tuesday, April 8. Mount Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Colonials go into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE).
The Dragons (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Highlanders go into the Blue Hen - Flight B challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, McKean was routed by Dickinson (Wilmington, DE), 13-0, in a league challenge.
