New York High School Softball - Queens Teaching bounces Van Buren
April 4, 2025: Bellerose, NY 11426 In Friday's non-league match, the host Queens Teaching Tigers softball team scored a nice 20-9 win over the Van Buren Vee Bees.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Far Rockaway (Far Rockaway, NY). The Seahorses come into the PSAL Queens - B East match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Far Rockaway was routed by Campus Magnet (Cambria Heights, NY), 19-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Vee Bees battle the Springfield Gardens Golden Eagles (Springfield Gardens, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, April 7. Van Buren will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
