In Saturday's league test, the Eldorado Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) softball squad overwhelmed the host Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), by a tally of 17-8.

Next, the Eagles meet the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 2 test, on Saturday, April 11. Eldorado will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Bears come into the outing with a 9-7 record after their 20-1 league win over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM).

With the loss, Capital moves to 12-6 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM) to encounter the Demons in a 5A District 2 test on Saturday, April 11. The Demons go into the test with a record of 4-12. Santa Fe lost 18-7 in their recent league test against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM)
