Madison Mohawks (Middletown, OH) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they witnessed their softball team tip the visiting Tri-County North Panthers (Lewisburg, OH), 9-7 in a non-league match.

The Mohawks (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Eaton (Eaton, OH). The Eagles come into the Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Eaton by National Trail (New Paris, OH), 6-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic match, on Tuesday, April 7.
