April 5, 2022: Sheffield, MA 01257 The Mount Everett Regional Eagles crushed the visiting Lee Wildcats baseball team by a count of 11-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Housatonic-Wamogo for a non-league bout on Friday, April 8. Mount Everett Regional will face a Mountaineers team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Thomaston (Thomaston, CT). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-1.
Next, the Wildcats face the Drury Blue Devils (North Adams, MA) in a Berkshire County bout, on Thursday, April 7. Lee will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 10-0 league win over Hoosac Valley (Cheshire, MA).
