Alabama High School Soccer - Helena knocks off Chilton County
April 5, 2022: Helena, AL 35080 Helena Huskies (Helena, AL) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL), 4-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Huskies confront the Calera Eagles (Calera, AL) in a 6A Area 6 challenge, on Thursday, April 7. Helena will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Shelby County (Columbiana, AL).
The Tigers now have a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Pelham for a 6A Area 6 challenge on Thursday, April 7. Chilton County will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 12-3.
