California High School Softball - Legacy bounces Garfield
April 5, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90022 Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), 21-9 in a league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Gate for a Eastern challenge on Thursday, April 7. Legacy will face a Rams squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Bell (Bell, CA). The Rams record now stands at 12-2.
With the loss, Garfield falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bell (Bell, CA) to face the Eagles in a Eastern challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Bell lost 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA)
