Connecticut High School Baseball - Enfield holds off Berlin
April 5, 2023: Enfield, CT 06082 Enfield Eagles (Enfield, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT), 8-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Enfield upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Suffield (West Suffield, CT) to battle the Wildcats in a North Central Connecticut test on Friday, April 7. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-1. Suffield won 11-5 in their recent league test against Granby Memorial (Granby, CT)
With the defeat, Berlin falls to 0-1 on the season. The Redcoats travel to Maloney (Meriden, CT) to battle the Spartans in a Central Connecticut - South test on Monday, April 10. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-0. Maloney won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Southington (Southington, CT)
