The Cathedral Prep Ramblers crushed the host Meadville Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 8-2 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Ramblers now possess a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Corry for a District 10 Region 5 bout on Wednesday, April 12. Cathedral Prep will face a Beavers team coming off a 10-7 league win over McDowell (Erie, PA). The Beavers record now stands at 3-2.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Upper St. Clair Panthers (Upper St. Clair, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 6. Meadville will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA).
