April 5, 2023: Dumfries, VA 22026 In Wednesday's non-league battle, the Wakefield Warriors (Arlington, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host Potomac Senior Panthers (Dumfries, VA), by a count of 19-0.
Coming up next, the Warriors clash with the Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA) in a Liberty battle, on Monday, April 10. Wakefield will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 8-1 non-league win over James Madison (Vienna, VA).
The Panthers now own a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom for a Cardinal battle on Tuesday, April 11. Potomac Senior will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 8-3 league loss to Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
