The Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) softball routed the visiting River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA), 6-1 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Stingers (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Derry (Derry, PA). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Derry was routed by South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA), 15-6, in a league bout.
