April 5, 2024: New Hope, AL 35760 St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Madison County Tigers (Gurley, AL) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. St. John Paul II will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 8-0 league loss to Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL).
The Indians now possess a 7-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster Christian Academy for a 4A Area 8 challenge on Saturday, April 6. New Hope will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 league win over Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-1.
