April 5, 2024: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Vail Mountain Gore Rangers (Vail, CO) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO), 9-6 in a league battle.
The Gore Rangers now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middle Park for a non-league battle on Monday, April 8. Vail Mountain will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 9-8 non-league win over Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Demons clash with the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a 4A Western battle, on Monday, April 8. Glenwood Springs will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Sailors come into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 9-8 league loss to Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO).
