Iowa High School Soccer - Roosevelt knocks off Ottumwa
April 5, 2024: Des Moines, IA 50312 Roosevelt Roughriders (Des Moines, IA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Ottumwa Bulldogs (Ottumwa, IA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Roughriders confront the Marshalltown Bobcats (Marshalltown, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. Roosevelt will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 6-1 non-league win over St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA).
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Des Moines North for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11.
