New Jersey High School Softball - Wayne Valley gets by Fair Lawn
April 5, 2024: Fair Lawn, NJ 07410 The Wayne Valley Indians got by the host Fair Lawn Cutters softball squad by a count of 5-4 in Friday's league battle.
The Indians (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Rutherford (Rutherford, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Rutherford nudged Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ), 13-0, in a league battle.
The Cutters now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ramsey for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6. Fair Lawn will meet a Rams squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over River Dell (Oradell, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 2-0.
