Mississippi High School Softball - North Pontotoc bounces Ingomar
April 5, 2024: Ecru, MS 38841 North Pontotoc Vikings (Ecru, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Pontotoc for a 4A Region 2 challenge on Thursday, April 11.
With the loss, Ingomar falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to West Union (Myrtle, MS) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 4-8. West Union won 20-1 in their recent league challenge against Houlka (Houlka, MS)
