In Saturday's league bout, the Flowers Jaguars (Springdale, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD), by a tally of 17-1.

Next up, the Jaguars encounter the Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A bout, on Monday, April 7. Flowers will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 11-1 league loss to Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD).
