In Monday's league game, the visiting Northwestern Wildcats baseball team scored a close 7-3 victory over the Parkdale Panthers.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Pumas enter the Prince George's County 4A game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Wise held off Bladensburg (Bladensburg, MD), 11-1, in a league game.

Next, the Panthers face the Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A game, on Wednesday, April 9. Parkdale will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
