The Foothill Cougars baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting McKinleyville Panthers to 4 in the Cougars non-league win on Saturday.

The Cougars now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Red Bluff for a Eastern test on Tuesday, April 8. Foothill will play a Spartans team coming off a 7-5 league loss to Chico (Chico, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 5-8.
