The Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) baseball trounced the host Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ), 11-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Red Devil now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Immaculata for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 8. Ridge will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Montgomery drops to 1-2 on the year. The Cougars host Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ) to battle the Stateliners in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 8. The Stateliners come into the outing with a record of 2-1.
