The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Norco Cougars (Norco, CA) and the visiting Paloma Valley Wildcats (Menifee, CA), saw Norco's baseball team gain a win over Paloma Valley by a tally of 10-6.

The Cougars (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Centennial (Corona, CA). The Huskies enter the Big VIII battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Centennial held off Brea Olinda (Brea, CA), 13-10, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wildcats face the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) in a Ivy battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Paloma Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 9-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA).
