New York High School Lacrosse - Middletown drops to Newburgh Free Academy
April 6, 2022: Middletown, NY 10940 Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY), 16-3 in a league battle.
The Goldbacks now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kingston for a Section 9 Division I battle on Tuesday, April 19.
In their next game, the Middie Bears clash with the Peekskill Red Devils (Peekskill, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 8. Middletown will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
