McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, McKinley upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH) to battle the Quakers in a non-league test on Friday, April 7. The Quakers come into the test with a record of 1-1. New Philadelphia won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Ashland (Ashland, OH)
