April 6, 2023: Branchville, SC 29432 Branchville Yellow Jackets (Branchville, SC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets confront the Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 26. Branchville will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record.
The Mohawks now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Royal Live Oaks Academy for a A Region 7 challenge on Monday, April 17. Bethune-Bowman will confront a Royal Knights team coming off a 5-1 league win over Branchville (Branchville, SC). The Royal Knights record now stands at 5-3.
