The Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) softball routed the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 18-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Panthers (20-6) will now prepare for their bout against Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region III District 20 bout with a 9-15 record.

The Knights now possess a 11-13 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Bush for a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, April 11. Fort Bend Elkins will confront a Broncos squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 4-13.
