April 6, 2024: Glide, OR 97443 Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Lakeview Honkers (Lakeview, OR) and the host Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR), saw Lakeview's baseball squad knock off Glide by a count of 12-3.
Coming up next, the Honkers play the Burns Hilanders (Burns, OR) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 10. Lakeview will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Umpqua for a 3A Far West battle on Thursday, April 11. Glide will play a Lancers squad coming off a 4-2 league win over North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Lancers record now stands at 4-6.
