Arkansas High School Softball - Scranton bounces Magazine
April 6, 2024: Magazine, AR 72943 Scranton Rockets (Scranton, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Magazine Rattlers (Magazine, AR), 9-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Rockets now sport a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Mulberry for a 1A Region 1 West challenge on Tuesday, April 9.
With the loss, Magazine falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Rattlers host Mansfield (Mansfield, AR) to face the Tigers in a 2A Region 4 challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 10-2.
