Ohio High School Softball - Riverside bounces Perry
April 6, 2024: Massillon, OH 44646 Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH), 15-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Beavers now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chardon for a Western Reserve challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Riverside will battle a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over De Pere (De Pere, WI). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Perry falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to GlenOak (Canton, OH) to battle the Golden Eagles in a Federal challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
