April 7, 2023: Lawrence, MA 01841 The Andover Golden Warriors baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Lawrence Lancers to 4 in the Golden Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Golden Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Colonials come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Shrewsbury nipped Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA), 9-4, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Lawrence falls to 0-1 on the season. The Lancers host Tewksbury Memorial (Tewksbury, MA) to battle the Redmen in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 12. The Redmen come into the test with a record of 0-1. Tewksbury Memorial lost 12-5 in their recent non-league test against Westford Academy (Westford, MA)
