April 7, 2025: Humboldt, IA 50548 Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting AGWSR Cougars (Ackley, IA), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Humboldt moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-1. Eagle Grove 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Hampton-Dumont/CAL (Hampton, IA)
The Cougars now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clear Lake for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. AGWSR will clash with a Lions team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Charles City (Charles City, IA). The Lions record now stands at 1-5.
