The Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) baseball got by the visiting Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA), 6-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Lions now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Redwood for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 9. Liberty will clash with a Giants team coming off a 4-0 league win over Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Giants record now stands at 10-1.

With the defeat, Heritage drops to 5-5 on the year. The Patriots travel to Christopher (Gilroy, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 11. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Christopher won 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA)
