In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Thoreau Hawks baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Northwest Falcons.

The Hawks (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM). The Bears go into the 3A District 1 game with a 1-9 record.

Next, the Falcons play the Rock Point Cougars (Rock Point, AZ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 11. Northwest will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 0-2 record after their 20-9 non-league loss to Greyhills Academy (Tuba City, AZ).
